A Junior executive officer a diagnostic center by profession in his early career, then he was joined Al-Razi Islamia Hospital Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive (HR & Accounts) extra responsibility in-charge department of Marketing. Then he was promoted as an Assistant Manager (Admin & HR). Then he joined RUSHMONO General Hospital (the pioneer privet hospital in Bangladesh) as manager (Admin & HR). After having his undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Administration & policy Implementation, Major- Policy analyses & MPH(Public Health) .  Diploma in Social Compliance from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). Under-Ministry of Industries Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
Mr. Sohel is an entrepreneur Health Sector. He is married for 7 years and has 2 children.
He is currently the Managing Director & Founder of A1 Hospital Ltd.
